Electricity allows citizens to set up independent home solar plants

The Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy announced the possibility of citizens establishing independent home solar power plants, as part of a national project aimed at reaching 1,000 megawatts. The ministry explained that there are two systems for use, including a net metering system that allows energy exchange with the national grid.
