Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, made an inspection tour this morning to follow up on the revitalization of Art Street in Downtown. This tour comes within the framework of the comprehensive plan to revive historic and Khedive Cairo and preserve its distinctive civilizational character.

This morning, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, undertook an intensive inspection tour to follow up the implementation of the revitalization and development of Art Street in the Downtown area, as part of the Egyptian state's efforts to preserve the cultural and historical character of the capital, Cairo. The Prime Minister was accompanied on his inspection tour by a group of senior officials, including Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Environment, Sherif Fathy, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, in addition to Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo. Counselor Mohamed El-Homosany, Spokesperson for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, explained that this tour aims to follow up the work of reviving the main streets in the Downtown area, within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan for the Revival of Historic Cairo and the Khedivate. Through this initiative, the Egyptian government seeks to improve the visual image of heritage and historical areas, thus contributing to the restoration of The distinctive architectural and cultural character of these areas of great historical and cultural value. It is noteworthy that Ambassador Muhammad Abu Bakr, Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs, and Engineer Muhammad Abu Saada, Head of the National Organization for Civilization Coordination, also participated in this important inspection tour.
